We Quit It

I started feeling a little bit sick and we just decided to stop.
We made it FIVE days though!
We win a small medal, not a big trophy. I already gained back 4 of the 8 pounds I lost.
Oh well.

I want food.

The Master Cleanse

Tomorrow morning I start the master cleanse. I'm sure you've heard of it: lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper. Laxative tea. I'm gonna post as much as I can during the cleanse, both to document it in case any of you want to do it, and to keep my mind off the fact that I am not eating any food.

Am I nuts? Probably.
